About the Job
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Growth Marketing Lead who will be responsible for marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will ensure the success by:
- Accountable for digital acquisition campaigns, keeping tabs on our performance, constantly optimizing, monitoring and reducing our CPA
- Lead PPC and Paid Social activity across multiple regions and languages
- Manage acquisition and conversion via digital channels
- Responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to increase inquiries into Missafir’s services
- Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Assure our landing pages are designed to maximize conversions
- Utilize web analytics to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve them
- Apply customer data to drive continuous improvement
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, with experience of using Google Analytics
Who You Are/Have
- Have a strong academic background: BA/BSc/MA/MSc from a top tier university
- Effective experience in growing quality traffic through a mix of organic and paid for strategies and tactics, leveraging disciplines like social media, content marketing and lead generation, SEO, PPC, email marketing etc.
- Proficient experience in setting up and managing paid media campaigns in self-serve ad platforms (e.g. Facebook Business, Google Adwords)
- Familiarity with the tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns (e.g. URL and pixel tracking)
- Creative and analytical skills with the strong bias to action and execution
- Enthusiastic about the customer and always put them at the front of your thinking
- Analytical skills, perhaps you even know some SQL to help make your analysis faster
- You are self-motivated and do not wait to be told what to do; able to relentlessly follow up.
- You love data and have experience using a data-centric approach to driving growth in a start-up environment
- You may have experience in the travel, leisure and/or property space
